Team Appointments Support Business Growth
12/03/25We are delighted to announce that our team has expanded with three new appointments to support our increased development schedule in 2025.
The firm, now in its fourth year of operation under the ownership of Luke Powell, has three residential schemes planned in Stockport, all due to commence this year. The apartment projects, with ground floor commercial space, will take 21 Living’s GDV pipeline to £22m, excluding private commissions and further opportunities to be announced.
Lisa Critchley has been appointed as finance director. The additional role in the company will see Lisa implement her vast financial management experience into operations. She will advise on strategic development opportunities, whilst playing a fundamental role in current projects to support business growth. Lisa has previously worked at property companies The Heaton Group and Kellen Homes, where she established internal finance operations.
Lisa said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining 21 Living, they have successfully completed a number of residential and commercial projects which have catapulted them into the market, and are being recognised for their design and quality.
“Working closely with Luke, we will create a streamlined financial operation within the business, which will allow us to continue to identify strategic development and investment prospects.”
Also new to the 21 Living team, Susie Wong has been recruited as office manager, joining from Property Alliance Group’s property management department. Callum Jones has joined 21 Living as a site manager, and will work closely with commercial director, Josh Stones across the pipeline schemes.
Luke Powell, managing director, commented on the timing and ambitions for the company in 2025. He said: “We have reached a tipping point, which is a great milestone for the business.
