Second Completion with Bury Council
12/03/25We’re on a roll, and delighted to announce a second project completion with Bury Council. In Radcliffe, we have handed over at 127 Blackburn Street, comprising six self-contained apartments for supported living purposes.
A former day nursery, plans for the building were approved by the council to repurpose and help meet the high demand for accommodation for vulnerable young adults in Bury. We successfully secured a 20-year lease with property manager, Inclusion Housing, with all voids paid by the council to ensure successful project completion.
The scheme represents another high-quality refurbishment, using high-quality fixtures and fittings and creating aspirational living. The apartments were considerately designed with clean lines and traditional apartment layout.
Ahmed Ajmi, Integrated Strategic Lead – Carers, Prevention & Physical Disabilities at Bury Council spoke about the scheme:

The team presented a holistic plan, including commissioned care provision and rental terms to ensure the facility was optimised and efficient for the longer term. The team at 21 Living were able to respond to our needs effectively.”
