Luxury Residential Development gets the Green Light
04/09/24Our private client is delighted to be over the line with the planning stage for their bespoke luxury home, Blackhill House, in Knutsford Cheshire.
21 Living made no less than eight significant design changes, submitted two planning applications and carried out several surveys to see this stunning project gain approval with no objections in the end!
The team will begin on site this month to bring forward the 4,000 sq ft detached house in a rural location of the affluent north west market town of Knutsford. The family home will provide four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, with feature rooms including a state-of-the-art gym and cinema lounge.
The design brief is to combine luxury with functionality for our client’s family home, and that we will deliver. As well as the gym and cinema, we will implement future-proof features including air conditioning, walk-in wardrobes and an integrated Smart Home control system.
Not stopping there, the interior showcases stylish glass partitioning, a bespoke solid timber kitchen, all set within the exterior landscaped gardens, Italian porcelain patio and gated driveway.
