Stockport’s ‘Mini-Flat Iron’ is the £6m redevelopment of a former family-owned bed shop at a key gateway location of Stockport town centre. 

One of three residential-led developments in Stockport town centre by 21 Living, Tiviot Dale will create 33 high-quality apartments over six storeys, with ground floor retail space, designed by Ollier Smurthwaite Architects. 

Works will commence in 2025 to complete the project, which was identified through ‘Unlocked’, a new placemaking collective launched to solve the housing crisis by increasing density in urban centres, maintaining green belt, and bringing forward sustainable development opportunities on overlooked sites to benefit their local communities.
