Seaton House
Stockport
One of three residential developments in Stockport town centre, Seaton House will see a former print mill at Wellington Street redeveloped into 40 apartments with ground floor workspace.
The £11m GDV redevelopment, designed by Ollier Smurthwaite Architects, will create a refurbished original building and a new five-storey building to the rear of the property, which will consist of the 40 apartments. The new building will use matching brick and roof materials to complement the road-fronting original. All the apartments will benefit from winter gardens as well as a communal landscaped courtyard garden and terraces to ground floor apartments.
Commencing construction in 2025, the apartments will launch for sale to the open market.
