Luke Powell
Managing Director
Luke has over 15 years' experience delivering large scale and bespoke residential projects across Greater Manchester.
He set up 21 Living in 2021 to provide a new standard of urban living, that is both sustainable and aspirational to residents and the local community and to bring value to investor-led opportunities.
Luke brings a wealth of knowledge and an enviable network from his construction background which is already creating strong relationships with councils and key stakeholders.
Joshua Stones
Commercial Director
Josh has extensive experience in commercial construction, and since joining the company, he has overseen 21 Living's sites and contractor relationships.
Together with his QS background, Josh works effectively with the developer partners to deliver efficient and effective residential properties, to meet the growing market demand.
Throughout Josh's career, he has delivered some of Manchester's most iconic developments, including Oxygen and Axis towers, with a GDV in excess of £140m.
